Co-Founder / Business & Operations Lead

Translates complex trading capabilities into a framework that capital partners can understand, evaluate and work with.

Responsibilities: Responsible for partnerships, communication with capital partners, exchange relationships, operations and brand development.
Background: Experience in brokerage, overseas equities and asset allocation, crypto community management, trend trading and exchange business development.
Role in the team: Advances external partnerships and company operations so strategy capabilities can be clearly communicated and supported.

02 / RESEARCH & TECHNOLOGY

Co-Founder / CIO & CTO

Turns strategy ideas into systems that can be deployed reliably in real markets.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the research pipeline, backtesting framework, validation, execution systems, monitoring and risk-control logic.
Background: A background in full-time trading, progressively translating discretionary trading experience into systematic research and execution.
Role in the team: Supports operations through technical work to keep strategies running reliably.
